Hamper Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter The promoter is Kinaxia Limited, Alba Way, Stretford Motorway Estate, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0ZH (the “Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility Open to UK residents aged 18+. Employees of the Promoter (and its group companies), their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility before awarding the Prize (as defined below).
  3. How to enter To enter, complete and submit the entry form on the competition landing page. Entries must be received by the closing date. No purchase is necessary. By entering, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Opening and closing dates The promotion opens on 23rd March 2026 and closes on 30th April 2026.
  5. The prize One (1) winner will receive a hamper prize to the value of £500 (the “Prize”).
  6. Prize image and substitutions Any images used to promote the Prize are for illustrative purposes only. The hamper shown may not be the exact hamper supplied. The contents, presentation, and packaging of the Prize may vary depending on availability and supplier.
  7. No cash alternative The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
  8. Winner selection and notification The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form within 14 days of the closing date.
  9. Claiming the prize The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  10. Delivery / collection The Prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner within 28 days of a valid claim. Delivery is limited to mainland UK unless otherwise stated.
  11. Publicity By entering, the winner agrees to reasonable use of their name and/or social handle for winner announcement and promotion purposes, unless they request otherwise.
  12. Data protection Personal data provided will be used only for the administration of this promotion (including contacting the winner and arranging delivery) and will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the Prize.
  13. Disclaimer The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or cannot be submitted due to technical failures. Fraudulent entries or entries that breach these terms will be disqualified. The Prize may contain allergens. The Promoter accepts no liability for any adverse reactions.
  14. General The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.
  15. Governing law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
